MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

Agreement to these policies is captured via signed Airtable form submission at the time of onboarding.

This Media Release Agreement applies to all individuals associated with Expat Bloom Camps Inc. ("EBC") programs, including participants (campers), featured influencers, camp counselors, community architects, and contractors. By agreeing to this policy, you grant EBC the rights described below.

1. Rights Granted to EBC

I grant Expat Bloom Camps Inc., its representatives, and affiliates the right to record, use, and share my image, voice, likeness, and any media captured during my participation in or work with EBC programs for the purposes of marketing and promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • EBC website (expatbloomcamps.com)

  • Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Printed and digital marketing materials

  • Press coverage and publications

  • Presentations, events, and other promotional activities

2. Terms of Use

EBC retains the right to use content captured by its team globally, across all formats, in perpetuity, without further compensation or approval required.

EBC agrees to use all media respectfully and in good faith, and will not intentionally misrepresent or distort any individual in the materials.

Any media I personally share related to my EBC experience may also be used by EBC for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit when feasible.

3. Influencer Camp Participants — Additional Terms

Applies to: Campers enrolled in an influencer-hosted camp

  • I understand that by enrolling in an influencer-hosted EBC camp, I may appear in content created and published by the featured influencer on their own social media channels and platforms.

  • Content published by the featured influencer on their own channels is governed by the influencer's content policies and is not controlled by EBC once posted.

  • If I have concerns about appearing in the influencer's content, I must notify EBC during onboarding. EBC will communicate my preferences to the influencer and make reasonable accommodations where possible, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all influencer content.

  • My agreement to participate in an influencer-hosted camp constitutes general acknowledgment that content creation is a core component of the influencer camp experience.

4. Featured Influencers — Content Rights

Applies to: Featured influencers in EBC influencer camps

  • The featured influencer retains ownership of all content created on their own channels.

  • EBC receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the influencer's camp content for organic marketing (social media, website).

  • EBC receives a 12-month license for paid media usage beginning from the date of content publication. This license may be extended by mutual agreement.

  • EBC retains the right to run paid advertisements through the influencer's social media handle (whitelisting) for the duration of the 12-month paid media license at no additional cost to the influencer.

  • Produced content must be submitted to EBC 24 hours prior to posting. EBC will respond within 24 hours. Stories and live content are exempt from pre-approval but are subject to community guidelines. EBC reserves the right to request removal of any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Contractors — Media Terms

Applies to: Camp counselors and community architects

  • Contractors acknowledge that media captured during camp operations may be used by EBC for promotional purposes.

  • Contractors may not use EBC brand assets, footage, or content captured during EBC operations for personal promotional purposes without prior written consent from EBC.

6. Revocation of Consent

Any individual may revoke future use of their likeness by submitting a written request to EBC at hello@expatbloomcamps.com. EBC will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. Media already published or in active use may continue to be used and remains the property of EBC.

Featured influencers may request the removal or blurring of specific content assets if their physical safety is verifiably at risk. EBC agrees to comply within 48 hours of a verified request.

7. Content Comfort

If you have concerns about appearing in any EBC content, please note this during onboarding. EBC will make reasonable accommodations where possible.
