NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Expat Bloom Camps Inc. ("EBC") is unwavering in its commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all individuals associated with EBC, including participants (campers), featured influencers, camp counselors, community architects, contractors, local partners, and visitors. This policy applies universally across all EBC programs, operations, and partnerships.
Commitment to Equality
EBC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, or any other legally protected characteristic. We expect all participants, staff, contractors, and partners to conduct themselves with professionalism, dignity, and respect at all times.
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination and Harassment
EBC strictly prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse, whether verbal, physical, written, or digital. This includes derogatory remarks, intimidation, offensive conduct, or any actions that create a hostile or exclusionary environment. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the program, termination of employment, contract, or partnership.
Global Responsibility
EBC operates with strict ethical standards and only establishes camps in locations that uphold fundamental human rights, dignity, and equality. EBC will not conduct programs in regions where individuals are persecuted, endangered, or criminalized based on gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or any other core aspect of their identity. This commitment is embedded in every operational, location, and partnership decision EBC makes.
Commitment to Local Communities
EBC programs are designed to integrate respectfully into local cultures while maintaining an unwavering commitment to non-discrimination and equality. We work exclusively with local partners who align with our values. All participants, contractors, and staff are required to respect and honor the traditions, customs, and cultural sensitivities of the regions where we operate. Any behavior that causes harm, offense, or cultural insensitivity is strictly prohibited.
Influencer and Contractor Obligations
Applies to: Featured influencers, camp counselors, and community architects
All influencers, counselors, and contractors associated with EBC are required to uphold and model EBC's non-discrimination standards in all public-facing activity, content creation, and community engagement — not only during EBC programs but in any context where their association with EBC is visible. Content, statements, or conduct that contradicts EBC's non-discrimination values constitutes a material breach of the applicable partnership or contractor agreement.
Reporting and Accountability
EBC is committed to swift and decisive action against any violations of this policy. We encourage all participants, staff, contractors, and partners to report concerns related to discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly. Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns will not be tolerated.
