The Next Wave of Brave reservation requires a $299 USD refundable deposit. This deposit secures a future EBC camp experience redeemable after EBC completes this fundraising round and officially launches operations.

Completion of the Personal Pathway Finder (PPF) and Getting To Know You form is required to finalize your reservation.

Your reservation includes:

• 10 nights accommodations

• Motorbike rental (or Grab credit if you don't ride)

• Full gamified EBC experience

• 2 curated local experiences/events

• 1:1 pre-trip consultation and budget comparison

• Priority booking for available camp dates

You are responsible for:

• Flights

• Visa fees (if applicable)

• Travel insurance (required for participation)

• Food and beverages

• Personal expenses and entertainment outside scheduled activities

This reservation is valid for Southeast Asia camps only (Vietnam or Thailand). Final location assignment is at EBC's discretion based on availability.

Deposits are fully refundable until December 31, 2026.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Once camp dates are confirmed and communicated, the deposit converts to a non-refundable reservation.

Camp experiences will be scheduled following EBC's funding and operational launch. EBC will provide a minimum of 60 days notice before camp start dates.

You will be offered available date options. EBC does not guarantee specific dates.

If you cannot attend any offered dates within 12 months of first availability, the reservation may be forfeited unless transferred (see next section).

Reservations may be transferred to another person at no additional cost.

The recipient must complete the Personal Pathway Finder (PPF) and Getting To Know You form before the transfer is finalized.

Transfer requests must be submitted to hello@expatbloomcamps.com.

If EBC is unable to deliver the camp experience for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.

EBC reserves the right to modify camp itineraries, locations, and schedules. You will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
